PRE-INFORMATION FORM

1. Subject

The subject of this Pre-Information Form (“Form”) is to outline the rights and obligations of the SELLER and the BUYER regarding the sale and delivery of the service described below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (“Law”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) (“Regulation”). By accepting this Form, the BUYER acknowledges that they are informed about their obligation to pay the sales price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes.

2. Definitions

Buyer The person who makes a purchase on Elvan Lapis Jewellery’s website www.elvanlapisjewellery.com. The address and contact details provided by the buyer are considered valid.
Ministry Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade.
Bank Licensed institutions established under Banking Law No. 5411.
Courier Company The contracted courier or logistics company responsible for delivering the product to the BUYER and handling returns to the SELLER.
Pre-Information Form The form prepared to inform the BUYER about the minimum requirements specified in the Regulation before concluding a contract or accepting an offer.
Platform The website owned by the SELLER, accessible at www.elvanlapisjewellery.com.

4. Product Information

  • The details of the products subject to the contract, including their type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and total price including taxes, are available on the SELLER’s website.
  • Prices published on the Platform are sales prices and remain valid until updated or modified. Time-limited promotions will be valid until their stated expiration.
  • The total price, including all applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any installment surcharges, will be displayed on the payment page.

5. General Provisions

  • The SELLER agrees to deliver the contracted product as specified, along with all legally required documents and accessories, using the designated courier company.
  • The BUYER confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the contract terms and pricing details before completing their purchase.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment of the contract, the SELLER will notify the BUYER and issue a refund within 14 days if applicable.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by notifying the SELLER via the specified contact details.
  • The withdrawal period begins on the day the BUYER or a designated third party receives the product.
  • The BUYER must return the product in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any promotional items received.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the SELLER receives the returned product.

7. Payment Terms

  • The BUYER is responsible for making the full payment for the ordered products. If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.
  • In case of credit card installment payments, the issuing bank’s policies will apply.
  • The SELLER is not responsible for any banking or financial issues arising from the BUYER’s payment method.

8. Dispute Resolution

The BUYER may submit complaints and disputes to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the transaction occurred, within the limits set by the Ministry.
