  1. DEFINITIONS
BUYER The BUYER is the person who makes a purchase from the Elvan Lapis Jewellery website at www.elvanlapisjewellery.com. The address and contact details provided by the buyer in the invoice and contact information are considered valid.
Ministry The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
Bank Licensed institutions established under Banking Law No. 5411.
Cargo Company The contracted cargo or logistics company responsible for delivering the product to the BUYER and returning it to the SELLER in case of returns.
Platform The website belonging to the SELLER at www.elvanlapisjewellery.com.

  1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
  • This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.
  • The prices listed on the Platform are sales prices. The announced prices remain valid until updated or changed. If a product is listed for a limited period, the announced price remains valid until the end of that period.
  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices listed on the Platform are the sales prices. The total price, including all taxes, is displayed on the website.

In cases where the ordered product cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, the SELLER will inform the BUYER within three (3) days and refund all payments, including delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any justification.
  • The withdrawal period starts from the day the BUYER or the designated third party receives the product.
  • The BUYER must return the product within fourteen (14) days after notifying the SELLER of their decision to withdraw.
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the regulations announced by the Ministry.

  1. ENFORCEMENT

By making a payment for an order placed through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
